This is not a general admin role; you will be the guardian of our tech stack—ensuring Salesforce data is pristine, Zapier automations are firing, and our marketing engine is running at peak efficiency.
Q: Is Salesforce experience a mandatory requirement?
A: Yes. Because this role involves protecting data integrity and monitoring lead attribution, we require a candidate who is already proficient in Salesforce objects, reporting, and dashboard management.
Q: What kind of "AI tools" will I be managing?
A: You will help maintain the health of internal AI tools used for content, automation, and data processing, ensuring they stay integrated with our core CRM and reporting systems.
Q: What does "Tier 1–2 Troubleshooting" involve?
A: You will handle common technical glitches, such as a broken Zapier link, a WordPress plugin conflict, or a Salesforce sync error, before escalating more complex issues to senior developers.
