Are you a seasoned B2B sales pro with a track record of landing deals and building lasting client relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment where your ideas and hustle actually shape the direction of the business?


Hey Lieu, a rapidly growing startup that's redefining how companies build and scale remote teams, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth, open doors, and close deals.

This is not your average sales gig. You'll be coming in on the ground floor—with the autonomy of a contractor, the backing of a smart, nimble team, and the opportunity to help build something game-changing.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with an emphasis on outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.
  • Use tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to strategically target high-value prospects.
  • Meet face-to-face with potential clients throughout the Kansas City Metro and connect virtually with companies worldwide to understand their pain points and present tailored staffing solutions. This is an open sales territory with no geographic restrictions.
  • Build deep, long-term relationships with founders, executives, and key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Partner with our internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor moves, and emerging business needs to keep your pipeline hot and your value sharp.
  • Report directly to the CEO and help shape the evolution of our sales strategy.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a staffing, recruiting, or outsourcing environment.
  • Proven ability to hit (and crush) sales goals with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Mastery of outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.
  • Confidence in leading client meetings and presentations—in person in Kansas City is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong interpersonal instincts, and a proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Location: Kansas City Metro (in-person client meetings required)

Compensation: Base Salary, Commission + growth incentives (contractor role), OTE $110K+
