As the company scales, we're seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support internal operations—particularly in recruitment, payroll coordination, and communication.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, organized Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to a company leader. You’ll help manage communications, assist with hiring efforts, and ensure payroll processes are accurate and on time. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to handle multiple moving parts (literally and figuratively).


Experience:

You should have prior experience supporting executives or management in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to recruiting, payroll systems, or HR tools is a big plus—especially in logistics or service-based businesses.


Skills:

You’re a strong communicator who thrives in organized chaos. You’re confident managing emails and calendars, screening applicants, and working with spreadsheets. You don’t miss details—especially when it comes to payroll numbers. Bonus if you’ve used tools like Indeed, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Gusto.


Availability:

Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (night shift in PH). Full-time preferred, with occasional weekend check-ins if urgent tasks arise.
