Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency. This hybrid role blends the strategic execution of a Social Media Manager with the precision of a Content Editor. You’ll be responsible for overseeing content calendars, managing engagement, and ensuring all content is polished, brand-aligned, and performance-driven.


Key Responsibilities:

📱 Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Monitor audience engagement and reply to comments and DMs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the internal team to source, coordinate, and repurpose content
  • Ensure consistency in voice, style, and visual branding across all channels

✍️ Content Editing & Quality Control

  • Proofread and edit captions, blogs, emails, and social posts for grammar, tone, and clarity
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Rewrite and enhance content where needed for clarity and engagement
  • Assist with creating short-form copy for campaigns, reels, or stories

📊 Performance Reporting

  • Track analytics across social platforms
  • Identify trends, best-performing content, and opportunities for optimization
  • Present insights and recommendations in monthly reports

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and content editing
  • Excellent command of written English and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later)
  • Bonus: familiarity with marketing agency environments or client-facing work
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset
