Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager / Executive Virtual Assistant to support internal operations and drive execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, excels at turning ideas into action, and is comfortable holding others accountable to deadlines.
You’ll work closely with the founder and internal team, managing task boards, reviewing call recordings, running sprints, and ensuring internal alignment. Strong project management instincts and an eye for detail are key.
