Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual professional to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This role is strategically designed to provide high-level administrative support, specifically taking on routine tasks to allow internal leadership to focus on high-impact strategic work. You will act as a key coordinator between our office staff and our clients, ensuring operational gaps are covered and tasks are managed independently with high initiative.




Core Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Execute daily administrative tasks and high-accuracy data entry to streamline team operations.
  • Telephone Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, providing clear and personable phone support to customers and partners.
  • Office Coordination: Collaborate effectively with on-site office staff to manage scheduling and cross-departmental tasks.
  • Project Assistance: Manage routine workflows independently to free up senior team members for more impactful business results.
  • Growth & Development: Maintain a high level of performance in core duties with the potential to transition into more advanced responsibilities as the role evolves.




Candidate Qualifications & Skills

Communication & Language

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven "charismatic" personality with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Customer Experience: Strong background in customer-facing roles with a focus on problem-solving and personable service.

  • Independent Management: Skilled at organizing a daily task list and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Reliability: Consistent and dependable approach to administrative and data entry workflows.

Technical Requirements

  • Connectivity: Must have a highly reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Video Setup: Must have a quality camera setup and professional remote workspace for team coordination.
  • Remote Experience: Proven track record of successfully working in a remote or virtual assistant capacity.
