- First-Touch Intake: Act as the professional and personable voice of the company for all inbound inquiries. You will manage the Client Intake process with empathy and charisma.
- Bilingual Communication: Provide seamless support in both English and Spanish, ensuring all callers feel heard and understood.
- Executive Gap Management: Take ownership of routine administrative tasks and data entry to free up senior leadership for high-impact growth.
- Office & Team Liaison: Collaborate in real-time with on-site office staff to manage complex scheduling and cross-departmental tasks.
