About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced creative team. You’ll be working under tight deadlines to support external client projects — editing both short-form and long-form content for delivery across digital platforms. This is a client-facing support role that requires consistency, speed, and a strong grasp of brand-aligned storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into final versions ready for client delivery.
- Incorporate transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.
- Format deliverables for various platforms (1:1, 16:9, 9:16).
- Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to meet client deadlines.
- Handle revision requests efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand style guides and client expectations.
- Manage project files, assets, and version tracking in an organized manner.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of video editing experience (agency or client-facing preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; bonus if familiar with After Effects.
- Strong editing portfolio including social content, promos, or ad creatives.
- High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple edits in parallel.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with fixed schedules and strict deadlines.

- Google Drive / Dropbox (for file management)
- Slack and ClickUp or similar (for team communication & task tracking)
Schedule
- Fixed working hours aligned with US time zones.
- Availability to work weekends may be required to meet client deadlines.
