Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical, certified Salesforce specialist to join a fast-moving fractional RevOps consultancy supporting high-growth B2B SaaS clients. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on Salesforce and HubSpot administration, data integrity, automation, and integration troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed expert in Salesforce configuration with additional skills in HubSpot, strong documentation practices, and a consulting mindset.
Core Responsibilities
š§ Salesforce (60%)
- Serve as admin across multiple client orgs
- Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and page layouts
- Build scalable automation (Flows, legacy Process Builder, scheduled actions)
- Manage user roles, permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules
- Implement lifecycle stages, MQL logic, and lead/account assignment
- Build dashboards and advanced reporting
- Support integrations with tools like Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Stripe, LinkedIn, CPQ, and Certinia
- Maintain B2B Commerce storefronts and product catalogs
- Conduct QA, regression testing, and uphold security/data hygiene
š HubSpot (30%)
- Administer Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Set up properties, forms, workflows, scoring, and attribution
- Manage SalesforceāHubSpot sync (deduping, conflict resolution, custom rules)
- Collaborate on nurture campaigns and sales handoff processes
š§ Internal & Cross-functional (10%)
- Create system documentation and SOPs
- Join sprint planning, implementation reviews, and client meetings
- Contribute to internal tooling and operational process improvements
Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder
- HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub proficiency (certifications preferred)
- 3ā5 years of RevOps or Salesforce Admin experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or consulting
- Skilled in Salesforce data model, automation, and user management
- Experience across multi-org or agency environments
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
- Able to work autonomously without hand-holding
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with revenue attribution, campaign influence, and BI tools (Looker, BigQuery)
- Familiarity with middleware tools (Zapier, Tray.io, Workato)
- Prior exposure to product-led or sales-led SaaS GTM models
