About the Role:

We're a fast-growing SaaS company trusted by some of the world's most recognized brands. Our team is built from veteran entrepreneurs and go-to-market executives who've done this before, and we're growing fast enough that the words we put in front of buyers matter more than ever.


We're hiring a Marketing Copywriter who will write conversion-focused copy across campaigns, landing pages, emails, and ads. You will translate a sophisticated product into messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers and drives real pipeline. You’ll report to the Corporate Marketing Manager, with direct access to your go-to-market colleagues and to the customer insights most copywriters have to fight for. Key Responsibilities

  • Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages, paid campaigns, email sequences, and ads targeting Fortune 500 companies.
  • Lead copy end-to-end for marketing campaign launches, from awareness ads through nurture emails, landing pages, and sales follow-up sequences.
  • Develop enablement copy (such as outbound sequences, one-pagers, and battle cards) in close partnership with the sales team.
  • Audit existing content across key channels and recommend improvements to ensure consistency in brand voice and tone.
  • Partner with leaders across go-to-market teams (events, demand gen, product marketing, sales) to deliver copy aligned with campaign goals.
  • Run structured A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, subject lines, and ad copy, and share learnings with the broader team.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, balancing speed, quality, and creativity.
  • Update and evolve the brand style guide to maintain consistency across all written materials.
  • Leverage HeyMarvin's own research platform to mine customer insights, language, and objections directly — and use that intelligence in every piece of copy you write.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience (conversion-focused preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Experience writing for a technical or SaaS product, with the ability to make complex functionality feel simple and compelling to a non-technical buyer.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating ad copy, campaign copy, or conversion-driven writing.
  • Understanding of behavioral psychology to engage and influence target audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously using async tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).
  • Proficiency with using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) while maintaining editorial judgment and a non-negotiable quality bar.

2,500,000 - 2,700,000 INR per year (India)
