Technical Product Manager

Hallmark Healthcare Workforce Technology is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support and enhance our Einstein II Credentialing product. Einstein II is a product that effortlessly sources and deploys talent from both internal resource pools and vendor-neutral Vendor Management Solution (VMS). As we experience rapid growth, this role is critical in shaping the future of our products used by clients and vendors alike.

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative solutions that drive business success and improve customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses domain expertise in Credentialing, Vendor Management Systems, workforce optimization, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories
  • Oversee backlog management, including the creation and prioritization of user stories, acceptance criteria, and alignment with product vision
  • Drive collaboration with engineering, design, and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights for continuous product enhancement
  • Manage communication across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout product development
  • Work with the engineering team to plan and prioritize releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
  • Identify and implement process improvements within both product development and broader organizational workflows
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive product adoption and user engagement
  • Gather customer feedback and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the product
  • Manage and mentor the Business Analysts, ensuring effective requirements gathering and user research

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in any of the following: Credentialing, VMS, workforce optimization, applicant tracking systems, or scheduling applications
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to leverage data-driven decision-making and market analysis to drive product strategy
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with industry trends, product management tools, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams to develop and launch innovative products
  • Proven track record of successful product execution and timely delivery, ensuring high-impact features meet business goals and customer expectations
  • Experience working with systems that utilize cloud technology, including SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations
