HHCS is adding an Internal Resource Pool (IRP) Program Manager to join our Einstein II product team.
Our IRP solution allows health systems to build and manage their own float pools to fill shifts efficiently with trust and credentialed resources first; reducing contract labor spend. This enables a true gig economy workforce by connecting with talent via mobile app, putting resources in charge of their schedules.
 
Responsibilities for this role include: 
 
Business Development Relationship Management:
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with the Business Development Team to assess potential client needs and determine appropriate support levels.
  • Ensure clear communication channels and maintain strong relationships with each partnered client and share program success with Business Development Teams.
  • Support sales efforts by providing clinical expertise and insights that enhance client proposals and engagements.  
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, supporting and providing expertise of solutions offered.
Strategic Program Implementation:
  • Facilitate the rollout of strategic program initiatives for partnered clients
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with their business goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and utilize delegation when needed
  • Ability to establish and communicate clear priorities required for program rollout 

Data Analysis and Reporting 
  • Regularly analyze program data and generate reports around partnered client trends
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure scalability of programs as needed

Program Collaboration and Improvement:
  • Act as a liaison to support ongoing collaboration with partnered clients.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvement and work with clients to implement successful solutions.
  • Partnering with senior leaders across multiple functions to ensure continuous program improvement

Client Support and Success Management:
  • Provide dedicated support to all partnered clients utilizing our solutions.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance continued operational efficiencies and positive outcomes. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement, addressing concerns, and celebrating successes.
 
Required and preferred qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Leadership Role in a large Healthcare System is required
  • Experience with vendor procurement processes is preferred
  • Experience supporting and growing an Internal Resource Pool is required 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) is preferred 
  • RN license 
  • Travel requirement 5-10% throughout the year 

 
Compensation range: $120-140k base salary plus yearly annual bonus eligibility
