HHCS is looking for a Senior Manager to join the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-starter/proactive capabilities in a SaaS environment. The candidate will have the necessary experience to support HHCS Finance leadership to meet the needs of investors and executive leadership through budgeting and forecasting activities, timely and accurate analysis and business partnership to assist with decision support and business strategy.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast the company's financial performance, supporting
budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Identify and investigate variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted figures.
• Support monthly and annual reporting packages.
• Provide insightful analysis of results.
• Partner with the business to build analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to develop insightful suggestions
on strategic initiatives and support critical business-related decisions.
• Assist in reporting on key investor relations performance indicators to support operations and the executive team
in monitoring and evaluating business performance and financial health.
• Contribute to the development of the long-term financial strategy.
• Recognized as subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional.
• Perform ad hoc research and analysis as requested.
Required qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling with attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with the ability to apply GAAP principles in practice
• SaaS Software or Healthcare staffing industry or near adjacent experience
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP,
etc.
• Knowledge of industry standard metrics and reporting specific to SaaS organizations
• ERP Software and other technology implementation and development experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in supporting M&A activities and analysis (preferred)
Compensation range: Base salary $150k-160k depending on experience, 10% annual bonus target
