We have a new role available in our growing, fast paced company for an Office Manager in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who has great attention to detail and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with office management responsibilities.  


Responsibilities include:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed. Will include making travel arrangements and assisting with scheduling meetings for our Senior Leadership team and Marketing teams.
  • Facilities Management: Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications related to office operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing and maintaining Executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Experience preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
