  • Keep our financial model on point. You’ll refine and manage Highwire’s operating model, supporting smart budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation while staying compliant with third-party requirements.
  • Pitch in where it counts. You’ll work closely with the Senior Accountant and Finance team, stepping in on accounting tasks and operational needs to keep things running smoothly.
  • Empower Highwire teams with insights. You’ll build dynamic dashboards that help teams track performance, make informed decisions, and drive accountability.

Who you are:

  • Analytical and insightful: You approach financial data with a structured mindset, identifying trends, anomalies, and insights to improve reporting and guide decisions.
  • Meticulous and accurate: You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring precise entries, reconciliations, and documentation to deliver reliable financial results.
  • Curious and growth-oriented: You love digging into financial processes, asking questions, and seeking opportunities to refine and enhance accuracy.
  • Quick learner and problem-solver: You adapt quickly, think critically, and bring intelligent solutions to tackle challenges and create new efficiencies.
  • Clear and effective communicator: You explain financial information clearly, tailoring your approach to different audiences to foster collaboration and understanding.
  • Flexible and adaptable: You thrive in dynamic environments, adjusting to shifting priorities and contributing to tasks beyond the scope of your role.

If you’re looking for a company where you can make an impact, sharpen your skills, and help us build a winning company, you’ve found your place at Highwire.
