Your mission:

As a Product Manager at Highwire, you’ll develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and use that knowledge to create market-leading software solutions. You'll become a subject matter expert in multiple areas of our platform, leading a high-impact scrum team that consistently delivers outstanding SaaS products.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage products. You’ll be at the forefront, synthesizing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, shaping the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop market-leading software. Collaborate closely with engineers and designers on a scrum team to produce quality software releases on our agile 2-week sprint cycle.
  • Measure your success. You’ll drive progress through data, devising and implementing metrics that truly matter and iterating to enhance those metrics.

Who you are:

  • Versatile. Change doesn’t deter you, it excites you! You see each shift as an opportunity for growth and innovation, ensuring our product remains competitive in an ever-evolving marketplace.
  • Proactive. You operate with a sense of urgency, taking ownership to solve problems rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
  • Technical. You regularly use tools like Jira, Pendo, and Figma to streamline product development and analysis. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves in order to move projects forward.
  • Communicator. You possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build relationships, align stakeholders, and influence without authority.
  • Analytical. You have a knack for structuring information and data, extracting meaningful conclusions. Using analytical frameworks, you are able to find the signal amidst the noise.

If you have experience leading large-scale projects within a SaaS product organization, we want to meet you.

Benefits:

Our benefits go well beyond the basics. To support your work-life integration, we built a benefits program that takes care of the whole person, including physical, mental, financial, and emotional health.

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees. Best part? You’ll be eligible on day one.
  • 401k. We offer a 401k and a 3% company contribution (even better than a match) to help you get ready to retire no matter how far off that seems.
  • Parental leave. We take care of new parents by offering paid time off for births, adoptions, and fostering.
  • Flexible PTO. Our culture of trust and measurement means there’s no limit on time off, just an expectation of performance.
  • Mentorship. Our office-based culture fosters meaningful learning, growth, and mentorship for our team.

At Highwire, our approach to compensation is simple: we hire exceptional people and pay them well.

The compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and an annual performance bonus. The total On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is provided below. However, where you land within this range will be determined by several factors, such as your skills, experience, and impact.
