Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to open new doors for our sales team and build and nurture our sales pipeline. As part of our BDR team, your work will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Your mission:

As a Business Development Representative, your goal is to generate revenue by moving prospective clients into our sales pipeline. You’ll proactively source and engage our clients across various industry verticals (pharma, tech, hospitals, and large general contractors, to name a few).

What you'll do:

  • Develop a robust sales funnel. In partnership with the sales and marketing team, you will target specific buyer personas with cold outbound campaigns and capitalize on inbound leads generated from digital campaigns and events. 
  • Deliver qualified meetings. You will be responsible for setting up meetings for Account Executives with prospective clients. You’ll aim to deliver 12 qualified meetings each month through your targeted outreach. 
  • Nurture the existing pipeline. Our sales cycle is complex and can span several months. To keep prospects engaged, you will research and engage additional decision-makers to strengthen the opportunity’s progression through our sales funnel.

For this sales role, the On Target Earnings (OTE) are provided below, consisting of a base salary plus yearly commission earnings. Where you land within this range will be determined by several factors, such as your skills, experience, and how you perform against targets. Our commission plans are designed to reward your hard work and impact.

The pay range for this role is:

95,000 - 105,000 USD per year (Burlington)
