To support our growth, we’re hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst to strengthen the systems that power how our internal teams connect with prospects and customers. From publishing workflows to performance tracking, you’ll play a key role in helping our marketing and sales teams move faster and smarter. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning insights into action and tools into results.

Your mission:

The mission of this role is to own and optimize the digital infrastructure that powers our sales and marketing engine — from website and content operations to CRM, analytics, and emerging AI tools. You’ll ensure our digital presence is polished, our systems are accurate and integrated, and our campaigns are backed by clean data and actionable insight.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive qualified leads through our digital presence. Oversee the operational side of key digital channels to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and support outreach, engagement, and conversion goals. Regularly monitor performance metrics and share insights to help the team optimize results.
  • Own sales and marketing data. Own and maintain clean, high-quality data to elevate client and prospect relationships, ensuring a reliable CRM and data structure that supports effective outreach and reporting.
  • Ensure high-quality, multi-format content delivery.  Lead the publishing and maintenance of content across channels like email, blog, social, and podcast. Ensure content is formatted correctly, delivered on time, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Refine campaigns through research and tool exploration. Conduct targeted research and explore new martech and AI tools to improve team efficiency, messaging, and reach.

Who you are:

  • Naturally curious and self-taught. You’re excited about AI, martech, and modern digital tools — and you’re not afraid to dive into forums, tutorials, or documentation to figure things out on your own.
  • A systems thinker. You look beyond one-off fixes and think in terms of long-term process improvement. You consider how your work connects to other teams and systems.
  • Detail-obsessed and process-minded. You notice inconsistencies, care about clean data and clear workflows, and take ownership of the systems you touch.
  • Resourceful and self-directed. You don’t wait for instructions — you look for ways to add value, solve problems, and move projects forward independently.
  • Creative and technical. Whether editing a video or analyzing campaign metrics, you can switch gears easily and enjoy learning across disciplines.

You may have experience with tools like a CMS, CRM, or analytics platforms in a marketing, operations, or data-focused role — and that’s great. But what matters most is that you’re energized by systems, insights, and the chance to experiment with new tools to help a business grow through data. If you don’t have experience in those areas, but are excited to learn in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment and put your technical skills to use, we’d love to meet you.

Benefits:

Our benefits go well beyond the basics. To support your work-life integration, we built a benefits program that takes care of the whole person, including physical, mental, financial, and emotional health.

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees. Best part? You’ll be eligible on day one.
  • 401k. We offer a 401k and a 3% company contribution (even better than a match) to help you get ready to retire no matter how far off that seems.
  • Parental leave. We take care of new parents by offering paid time off for births, adoptions, and fostering.
