We are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance department and support the growth and financial health of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s financial plan, conducting detailed scenario analysis and forecasting, overseeing accounting functions, setting up and managing our CPQ systems, and ensuring the company’s compliance with GAAP standards while preparing for audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Regularly review and update the plan to adapt to changes in the business environment.
- Scenario Analysis & Forecasting: Lead efforts in scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of various business decisions and provide accurate financial forecasting to guide management in strategic planning.
- Accounting Oversight: Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of financial information in line with company policies and relevant regulations.
- CPQ Implementation & Management: Spearhead the implementation of a CPQ system to streamline pricing, quoting, and contracting processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
- GAAP Compliance & Audit-Readiness: Ensure the company adheres to GAAP standards, manage financial audits, and maintain audit-ready financial records at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience 4 years in a senior finance role, including experience in financial planning, accounting, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of GAAP standards and audit processes.
- Experience with CPQ systems and financial forecasting tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
