HockeyStack is the Command Center for B2B revenue teams. It integrates with your CRM, marketing automation tools, ad platforms and data warehouse to show the ideal customer journey. HockeyStack customers use this data to measure channel performance, launch cost-efficient campaigns, and prioritize the right accounts. 

The Sr. Digital Manager will play a critical role in hitting HockeyStack’s pipeline goals through paid advertising channels as well as building brand through engaging, proprietary media like what you can find on The Flow.
Who you are:
HockeyStack is not for the faint of heart. We are looking for people who want to build a unicorn, think big and execute well to get the job done. That means full time in our HQ office in San Francisco, but it also means top 10% pay for the role, building your personal brand while at work, and getting in early as we continue to grow.
You’re right for this role if you:
  • Know the back ends of LinkedIn Ads and Google Adwords like the back of your hand. You keep up on all the latest best practices for both platforms and setting up campaigns is second nature.
  • Can manage a 6 figure annual budget and make quick decisions on what to turn on and off to make sure we’re maximizing spend - you’re big on experimentation but quick to turn off the tap if we’re not seeing results
  • Are excited about the idea of (and actually) using HockeyStack to inform decisions on the marketing side from paid to organic and inbound to outbound
  • Have experience working with agencies for digital marketing, SEO and media production and know how to get projects out the door on time and on budget.
  • Want to produce amazing content that educates our audience and creates a brand that rivals those with 10x the team members and 50x the budget.
  • Ideally, you’ve been in a Digital Management role before, but if you can show us how you have run paid and organic campaigns, experimented and measured success and failure, please apply!
Day-to-day, your role will look like this:
  • Spending time looking at the latest creatives, audiences and message tests we’re running to see what combinations are working
  • Reporting on the accounts we’re hitting with digital ads and those we’re missing with suggestions on how to reach those we haven’t yet touched Digital and Media Manager 3
  • Chasing down a customer to record the next episode of the podcast you own. And chasing down our CRO or CEO too
  • Sending out a newsletter to our prospect database with all the latest HockeyStack content and your own hot take on why MQLs are a useless metric (or whatever you are passionate about that day) 
  • Reporting a competitor for using our brand name in their Adwords text
