About HockeyStack 

HockeyStack is the Command Center for B2B revenue teams. It integrates with your CRM, marketing automation tools, ad platforms and data warehouse to show the ideal customer journey. HockeyStack customers use this data to measure channel performance, launch cost-efficient campaigns, and prioritize the right accounts. 

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to help us grow the Engineering team at HockeyStack. You’ll work closely with the CTO and engineering team to find top-tier talent (the best 1%!) for open roles and help us build a strong engineering team.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messaging to engage passive engineering talent
• Develop a deep understanding of the engineering problems that HockeyStack team is working on, and communicate them effectively with candidates
• Use creative strategies like engaging with various startup communities and sourcing through non conventional methods to find qualified candidates and build a steady pipeline.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

• Have 1+ years of experience finding and sourcing software engineers (including Infrastructure and Platform Engineering).
• Are familiar with engineering communities 
• Are comfortable working in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco.
