We are seeking an enthusiastic, technically-savvy Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our technical product capabilities and the client's needs by delivering compelling demonstrations, technical presentations, and supporting the sales team through the sales cycle. You will work closely with both the sales and product teams to ensure that our SaaS solution fits customer requirements, addresses pain points, and aligns with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Support:
Work with the sales team to understand prospects' business needs and technical requirements. Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements tailored to client challenges and objectives.
  • Solution Customization:
Understand customer needs in-depth and present the appropriate SaaS solutions. Customize demonstrations and configurations based on specific requirements to showcase the product's value and unique selling points.
  • Technical Expertise:
Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, providing insights into how the product works, its architecture, and its scalability. Articulate technical concepts in a clear and relatable way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, decision-makers, and business leaders, to ensure their concerns are addressed, and that they feel confident in our product's ability to meet their needs.
  • RFP and Proposal Support:
Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) by providing technical input, solution design, and product documentation. Support the creation of proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Training and Onboarding:
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by providing product training and technical resources. Support initial integrations and ensure clients understand how to fully utilize the solution.
  • Post-Sales Engagement:
Help with the post-sales process by assisting with implementation queries and ensuring customers’ technical needs are met. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
  • Product Feedback and Insights:
Work closely with the product team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests. Provide insights into market needs, helping shape future product developments.

Qualifications

    • Ability to convey technical concepts clearly, and provide tailored recommendations for different stakeholder levels.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work through complex customer requirements and deliver actionable, technical solutions.
  • Customer-Focused:
    • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand business pain points and align technical solutions to solve them effectively.
  • Education:
