You will get to:
Large enterprises in adopting our platform and connecting their systems into HockeyStack
Handling technical questions from Pre-sales to Post-sales
Project manage onboarding, implementation, renewal, upsell, and training.
Work closely with support engineers to triage and solved customer issues
Show customers insights and dashboards and advise them on how to run their sales and marketing organizations
Contribute significantly to our product development by working very closely with the internal product teams on the customer feedback.
Directly work with the CEO
Work in a beautiful office near South park, San Francisco 5 days a week with the team
Work with some of the smartest and hungriest people everyday in a vibrant office in San Francisco
What we are looking for:
A hustle mindset, someone hyper ambitious who wants to make an impact.
A strong technical brain and non-technical customer skills who has experience handling B2B SaaS customers
A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with current or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous startup environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
