Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted APRN / PMHNP license in one or more of the approved states listed below
  • Active DEA registration
  • Current professional liability/malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate minimum)
  • NPI number (Type 1 individual)
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure PMHNP clinical experience
  • Comfortable providing psychiatric care via telehealth
