Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs) who are excited to provide high-quality, transformative telehealth care to adults in our clinics.

What You’ll Do

• Provide weekly, evidence-based virtual therapy sessions via a secure video platform
• Monitor client progress through automated assessments and measurable goals
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our AI-enhanced Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD)
• Active independent clinical license (LCSW or LCPC); multiple state licenses highly valued
• At least 1 year independently licensed; 2+ years of recent experience delivering CBT & evidence-based therapy to adults
• Comfortable working with diverse populations & a broad spectrum of mental health concerns
• Passion for technology-driven, innovative mental health care
