POSITION SUMMARY

HomeWAV is searching for reliable temporary Bench Technicians to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the successful individual in this position will primarily perform troubleshooting and repairs of tablets, computers, and network equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot, repair, and test tablets, computers, network equipment, and other equipment.
• Test repaired equipment returned from vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Escalate issues with equipment repairs and backlogs.
• Follows all company processes, procedures, and protocols.
• Maintain and organize all tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Organize incoming and outgoing repaired equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BENCH TECHNICIAN

• Have experience with electronic repairs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Can follow technical instructions and work efficiently.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
