Job Summary

The Guest Ambassador is at the heart of the Hopscotch experience, bringing our art, hospitality, and playful spirit to life through meaningful guest interactions. As a Guest Ambassador, you’ll help create an environment where every guest feels welcomed, connected, and inspired to explore. From engaging with guests throughout our immersive exhibits and sharing the stories behind the art to maintaining gallery standards and ensuring a safe, seamless experience, you’ll play an essential role in making every visit memorable. This role is equal parts hospitality enthusiast, storyteller, problem solver, and creative spirit. You’ll help set the tone for the experience by creating moments of surprise and delight, encouraging curiosity, and making genuine connections along the way.

You’re comfortable approaching guests, starting conversations, answering questions, and jumping in wherever needed to support your team. Job Responsibilities

• Bring the Hopscotch brand to life by creating welcoming, engaging, and memorable experiences for hundreds of guests each day.
• Greet and connect with guests throughout the gallery, encouraging curiosity, exploration, and meaningful interactions with the art.
• Share the stories, inspiration, and unique details behind our immersive installations with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Monitor exhibits to ensure guest safety, protect the integrity of the artwork, and encourage respectful interaction with each installation.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the gallery and assigned areas.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and proactively create moments of surprise and delight.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Curas while confidently taking initiative and working independently when needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes, operational needs, and the unexpected moments that come with an immersive experience.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and playful team environment where creativity, kindness, and hospitality come first.

• The Essentials: You're at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
