Founded in 2023, our team of 60 professionals supports ~40 clients across a diverse range of industries. We recently reached $5M of contracted ARR and are growing rapidly (over 150% MRR growth YTD).

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst with a background in vacation rentals or hospitality to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a multi-property portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Analyze key hospitality KPIs (ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, NOI)
  • Build and maintain financial models at property and portfolio levels
  • Partner with Operations and Revenue Management to drive profitability
  • Prepare management and investor reporting

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
  • Direct experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or short-term rentals
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Highly Desirable
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
  • Strong understanding of vacation rental / hospitality unit economics
  • Experience working with multi-property, multi-market portfolios
  • Exposure to investor reporting, board decks, or PE-backed environments
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with PMS, RMS, and channel management platforms
