About the Role
We’re building a next-generation neobank that’s redefining how people engage with their finances — fast, transparent, and entirely digital.
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring order and focus to complex, high-velocity initiatives. You’ll work across engineering, product, compliance, and design to align priorities, streamline execution, and ensure timely delivery.
From banking integrations and risk systems to mobile app features and data pipelines, you’ll coordinate multiple teams and moving parts — ensuring every milestone stays on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams spanning engineering, data, mobile, compliance, and user experience.
- Build and maintain Jira workflows, boards, and automations that enhance visibility and accountability.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups) across distributed teams.
- Coordinate dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across departments to maintain steady progress.
- Identify and resolve blockers quickly, ensuring teams stay aligned and momentum remains high.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, predictability, and quality across releases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology sectors.
- Advanced Jira proficiency — comfortable designing custom workflows, automations, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and sprint-based software development.
- Demonstrated success managing distributed technical teams across time zones.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm under pressure and highly adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with financial services, compliance, or risk systems is a plus.
- PMP, CSM, or Agile certification preferred but not required — execution and impact matter most.
