About the role


The ideal candidate is a person who has not just built their own very successful track record in a SaaS sales and marketing environment, but who has made the conscious choice to own their domain and influence others around them. You have a strong grasp on Account Based Marketing (ABM) and understand the role that business development plays in lead qualification and lead generation.


What you'll do

  • Drive pipeline growth by conducting high-volume prospecting across UK and Europe to generate and qualify leads, contributing to key KPIs such as meetings booked and opportunities created.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop tailored prospecting strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Master discovery and company value proposition to qualify prospects and strengthen initial sales pitches
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality, impactful product demonstrations that increase pitch success rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, market insights and company’s USPs to effectively position HqO’s solutions during prospecting and conversations.
  • Seek feedback and analyse performance metrics to continuously learn and improve prospecting results
  • Leveraging key systems optimally to work efficiently (CRM, SEP, data platforms)

What you bring

  • Must be fluent in English. Ideally fluent in French and/or other prominent European languages
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • A strong interest in business and sales, ideally with previous sales experience
  • A people person with a strong sense of empathy, curiosity, and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A growth mindset with a passion for constant learning and thinking creatively to overcome challenges
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment
  • Motivated by goals, exceeding targets, and contributing to team success.
  • A strong sense of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in the face of challenges.
  • Ideally, experience in tech/proptech industry and/or real estate industry
