About the role

We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our expanding Design team. You’ll work across both the HqO and Leesman brands, supporting their evolving visual identities and playing a key role in shaping how we present ourselves to the world.

Reporting to the Head of Design at HqO, you’ll collaborate closely with the global Marketing & Communications teams to develop standout marketing assets, campaigns, and collateral across digital and print. Your work will support brand growth, thought leadership, sales enablement, and content distribution, while helping to unify the visual storytelling of two globally recognized brands.

At HqO, design is core to how we build and communicate. You’ll have the opportunity to work across two globally respected brands—HqO and Leesman—while helping to unify and evolve their visual languages. This is an exciting opportunity to make a creative impact while growing into a senior-level design role within a design-forward, mission-driven team.

What you'll do

  • Design and produce a wide range of assets for marketing initiatives across both the HqO and Leesman brands, including digital ads, landing pages, event collateral, social graphics, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and communications stakeholders to develop concept-driven visuals that elevate campaign impact and brand storytelling.
  • Translate data-rich content into compelling visuals and layouts, including infographics, PDFs, interactive forms, and research reports.
  • Maintain consistency across brand assets while contributing to the evolution of a unified visual system that reflects both HqO and Leesman’s identities.
  • Manage projects from brief to final delivery—balancing creative execution with deadlines and feedback cycles.
  • Refine and adapt existing designs for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring assets meet both print and digital standards.
  • Create and maintain branded templates in PowerPoint, Word, and other formats to support internal teams.
  • Contribute ideas, critique, and design improvements as part of an open, collaborative design culture.
  • Work with external vendors and partners when needed to ensure production accuracy and brand alignment.

What you bring

You’re a confident midweight designer who’s excited about joining a growing, collaborative design function within a creative tech company. You’re thoughtful, detail-oriented, and love turning complexity into clarity. You have a strong visual sensibility, solid design systems experience, and a drive to continuously improve your craft.

Required qualifications

  • Graphic design qualification or equivalent experience
  • 3–4 years of industry experience, ideally in B2B marketing or tech/SaaS environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across digital and print formats
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (template and layout work)
  • Solid working knowledge of Figma for layout, prototyping, or component design
  • Exceptional layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to maintain quality across touchpoints
  • Strong project ownership, time management, and collaboration skills

Bonus skills

  • WordPress or CMS-based asset design
  • Video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Motion graphics or animation
  • Data visualization and infographics
