Description


At HTX Labs, we are on a mission to accelerate the future of learning, delivering the premier immersive learning platform and experiential training content. We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to help us build our team of artists, engineers, and operators who will deliver the best training experience to meet our customers’ needs. This role is critical to our overall success and involves collaboration with our hiring managers.


The ideal person will have experience in technical recruiting and be willing to learn the ins and outs of recruiting our specialized roles. Must be comfortable with a fully remote, small team operating in a fast-paced, agile environment with the opportunity to make an impact.


Responsibilities

  • Be a representative and advocate for HTX culture in the candidate market
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
  • Provide counsel on effective job posting content and strategies
  • Drive the recruiting and hiring process for various roles and levels
  • Source candidates, review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Manage negotiation, closing, and offer processes
  • Consistently maintain and track recruiting data, including pipeline activity and candidate status
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment on all roles within the organization

 

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with a dual focus on strategy and execution
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent high-priority requisitions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to creatively source, attract, and qualify top-tier talent
  • Operate with a high level of integrity and consistently do the right thing for candidates and the company
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and team members


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years talent acquisition experience, including technical recruiting
  • 1+ year of corporate/in-house recruiting experience required
  • 1+ year of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for the Gaming industry is a plus



This is an initial 6 month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion.


Work Location: Remote

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Lead Recruiter
