Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  
  
• Cut raw footage into polished, on-brand videos with strong visual storytelling
  
  
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and sound effects
  
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on briefs and creative direction
  
  
• Optimize videos for different platforms and audiences
  
  
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual style across all edits
  
  
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in Dubai, Latin America, or Turkey with strong internet connectivity
  
  
• 2+ years of video editing experience (freelance or agency)
  
  
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  
  
• Strong portfolio showing work across social media formats
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail, timing, and pacing
  
  
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and adapt creatively

• Experience editing for home/lifestyle, DTC brands, or e-commerce

• Experience in creating educational/informational content
  
  
• Understanding of performance-based content (i.e., for ads or conversions)

• An understanding of storytelling and creating a narrative through video

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation
  
  
• Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Canva, or CapCut

• Knowledge of generative AI tools like Synthesia, HeyGen, Capsule, Veo3, Sora2 are a plus
