About the role

We have a simple mission: cut through the bureaucratic tape and deliver solutions that work. We're building the automation solutions to make it happen. Now we need a Technical Product Owner to help us steer the ship.

This isn't your typical PO role. We don't need a ticket-pusher or a meeting-scheduler. We need a pragmatist who takes Extreme Ownership of the outcome.

This isn't a role for a landlubber. The Quartermaster is the conscience of the crew and the keeper of the mission!

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate delivery of complex initiatives, and ensure our technical solutions meet business objectives. What you'll do"

• Commander's Intent: Work directly with leadership and stakeholders to understand the strategic mission. Translate their high-level objectives into a clear, actionable product vision and a treasure map (product roadmap) that the entire crew can understand and rally behind.

• Product Vision: You represent the interests of those we serve. You will spend time with them, understand their pain, and ensure their needs are the North Star guiding every decision.

• Make the Hard Calls: Partner with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to align priorities.

• Inspect the Rigging: Monitor project progress, report status updates, and proactively resolve roadblocks.

• Represent the Crew & Repel Boarders: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience delivering results in software development, IT, or systems integration.

• Fluent in both user stories and API specs. You can talk with users about their needs in the morning and hash out technical requirements with engineers in the afternoon

• Deeply technical. You understand the realities of building on AWS GovCloud and know what a real DevSecOps pipeline looks like.

• Relentlessly focused on the "why." You understand that every feature we build, every form we digitize, has a direct impact on people's lives.

• Resilient. You see red tape as a challenge to be navigated, not a roadblock

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary-$150k+
