About the role
Huntridge Labs is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive Agile projects that power innovation in our fast-growing technology environment. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate delivery of complex initiatives, and ensure our technical solutions meet business objectives. If you’re passionate about Agile leadership and thrive at the intersection of technology and strategy, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact.
What you'll do-Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project backlogs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Partner with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Monitor project progress, report status updates, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Ensure project outcomes meet both technical standards and business goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in software development, IT, or systems integration.
• Proven track record applying Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
