About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying and qualifying potential clients and initiating the sales process.
What you'll do
- Conduct outbound prospecting and networking to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Develop effective sales strategies and tailor approaches based on target markets and stay abreast on industry trends
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and understanding of client needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using HubSpot CRM software.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts.
- Share updates and reports on lead generation progress, pipeline status, and conversion metrics regularly to leadership.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in achieving targets and goals in a sales or business development role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- General understanding of digital advertising and marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
