We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Expert to lead the design, development, and
integration of AI-powered tools across our organization.
The Generative AI Expert will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing AI
systems that enhance operational workflows, communications, and patient support. This
role requires mastery of ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, APIs, Slack automations, and multi-agent AI
frameworks, with an emphasis on secure, compliant, and scalable solutions in a healthcare
environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools using ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs.
· Build automated workflows in N8N and integrate with internal systems (CRM, EMR,
scheduling tools).
· Develop and connect custom APIs for interoperability across platforms.
· Create autonomous agents for scheduling, data analysis, patient follow-ups, and
knowledge management.
· Implement AI-powered assistants within Slack to streamline communication, alerts, and
task automation.
· Continuously monitor AI performance and refine prompts, models, and integrations.
· Optimize workflows for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
· Ensure all AI systems adhere to HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
· Implement robust data privacy and security protocols.
· Work closely with clinical, operations, and administrative teams to identify automation
opportunities.
· Train staff on using AI-powered tools effectively.
Qualifications
· Proven mastery of ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs.
· Hands-on experience with N8N workflow automation and API integrations.
· Strong knowledge of Slack bots, automations, and integrations.
· Experience with multi-agent AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
· 3–5+ years in AI engineering, machine learning, or automation-focused development.
· Experience working with healthcare, SaaS, or compliance-heavy environments
preferred.
· Strong Python, JavaScript, or related programming skills.
· Ability to translate business needs into AI-powered workflows.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
· Familiarity with healthcare data systems (EHR/EMR).
· Experience with HIPAA compliance in AI workflows.
· Exposure to data visualization, analytics, and reporting tools.
· Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intelligent agents.
