Hygea Healthcare is hiring! We are launching a new IOP program at our Belair Road location and are looking for a substance use counselor to lead our program. This position will start part-time (20 hours) with the potential to grow into a full time position.
Job Summary
The Substance Use Disorder Counselor’s role is to support others in recovery from a substance use disorder. The SUD Counselor will provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to assist recovering individuals in preventing relapse and promoting long-term recovery. The SUD counselor will use an outcomes-based approach and evidenced-based practices to achieve results.
