Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

  • Lead on creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions in a timely manner.

  • Take responsibility for creating visual content including graphics, videos, and photos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

  • Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics.

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for content creation and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.



Qualifications and Requirements


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Entrepreneurial and creative spirit with a strong work ethic.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and problem-solving skills.
