💰 Compensation:

• Hourly base wage: approximately $28-30
• PLUS: Lucrative, performance-based commission plan that significantly increases total earnings—higher than most industry offerings.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced laser & aesthetic services including:
• • Laser hair removal, photofacials
  • SkinPen microneedling (with/without PRP), dermaplaning, HydraFacials, chemical peels
  • Body contouring treatments (CoolSculpting, etc.)
• Deliver exceptional client experiences tailored to individual skincare goals
• Work collaboratively with our Mid-Level Providers and elite team
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, compliance, and professionalism
• Keep treatment areas pristine, organized, and ready for beauty magic
• Stay current with ongoing training & clinical education
• Engage in company social media and community building (in line with brand guidelines)

✅ What You Bring:

• Current Laser Technician license 
• Esthetician License (Medical Esthetician preferred)
• Hands-on experience in laser aesthetics
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Strong understanding of skincare, laser treatments, and customer service
• Professional, self-motivated, and excited about making clients feel unstoppable
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
