Role Overview

As an Integrations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust integrations between our platform and external healthcare systems. You’ll work with APIs, HL7, and FHIR standards to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange across a variety of clinical and administrative workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of healthcare interoperability and enjoys solving complex integration challenges in a dynamic environment.



 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interfaces using FileMaker, HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, and RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams to implement and troubleshoot integrations
  • Monitor and optimize data exchange pipelines for performance, reliability, and compliance
  • Translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications
  • Build reusable integration components and contribute to internal tooling
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security across all integration points
  • Document integration workflows, schemas, and support protocols
  • Stay current with evolving interoperability standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., TEFCA, USCDI)



Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare integration or health IT engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with FileMaker, HL7, FHIR, and API development
  • Familiarity with Mirth Connect
  • Proficiency in scripting in FileMaker Pro version 19 + (required)
  • Understanding of healthcare data formats (CCD, CDA, Hl7, ANSI,etc.)
  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment



 Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of OAuth2, SMART on FHIR, and other authentication protocols
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA
  • Background in public health, clinical informatics, or health data analytics
