Ice Castles is an awe-inspiring, must-see winter phenomenon that brings fairytales to life. The frozen attraction is located in cities across North America. Ice Castles is built entirely by hand using hundreds of thousands of icicles hand-placed by professional ice artists. The castles include breathtaking LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, and fountains.

An Event Staff Supervisor is responsible for making sure all employees are providing an exceptional experience for our guests who visit the Ice Castles. The Supervisor will lead the event staff with support and direction from the Event Manager. They will help with the daily operations of the event, interacting with customers to help problem solve issues,  and ensuring to always provide outstanding guest experience. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supports the Event Manager with training and management of the Event Staff.
• Scheduling and managing employees including rotations and breaks.
• Facilitates inventory management including counting and reporting inventory on a regular basis.
• Oversee employees to ensure they are staying on task and following Ice Castles rules and regulations.
• Work well with others, be a team play and set an example to all employees.

HOURS: Full time hours from early December through end of the season. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Earlier start times may be available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Required to work outside with various weather conditions. Ability to stand for extended periods. Must be able to respond to emergency situations. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

PAY: Starting at $21 per hour.  Bonus potential up to $750.
