Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Admissions Counselor to join our team. The Admissions Counselor will play a pivotal role in welcoming new families to ICL Academy and guiding them through the enrollment process. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing essential information, answering inquiries, and facilitating the admissions process. This individual will play a key role in ensuring information is up to date within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, along with creating urgency around enrolling into ICL Academy.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Student Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective students and their families through phone calls, emails, sms, and virtual meetings, with the main priority centered around encouraging the family to enroll into ICL Academy.
  • Information Sessions: When applicable, and in collaboration with the Admissions Team members, host informative sessions to educate parents and students about ICL Academy's programs, curriculum, and enrollment procedures.
  • Application Assistance: Assist families with completing the enrollment application and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
  • Admissions Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students and parents, addressing questions, concerns, and academic goals.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with applicants to provide updates on their application status and address any additional requirements.
  • Events and Recruitment: When applicable, represent ICL Academy at virtual and in-person events, conferences, and tournaments to promote our programs and attract new students.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of prospective student information, application statuses, and enrollment data in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including Academic Services, Student Support, and Finance, to ensure a seamless admissions process for students and families.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective families to identify areas for improvement and enhance the admissions experience.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with all admissions policies, procedures, and regulations.


Job Requirements, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1+ Years previous experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for education and student success.
  • Strong time management skills.

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 55,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
