About the role

ICON Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Managers to join our team in Yonge & Finch and Don Mill properties. You will be working with the condominium’s developer, board of directors, community residents, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and long-term success.


As the Senior Condominium Manager, you lead building operations, financial management, and client relations for this flagstone property. You will be responsible for budgeting, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with the condominium corporation’s regulatory obligations. You will play a key role in maintaining the luxury standards of this development and mentoring a high-performing team to reach a new standard of excellence.


What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary management representative for the condominium corporation, providing high-level support to the Board of Directors and owners
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend and conduct board and owner meetings (including evenings), and prepare accurate minutes and follow-up correspondence
  • Prepare and manage the annual operating and reserve fund budgets in coordination with the board
  • Review and code invoices, track expenditures, and support the corporation’s annual audit process
  • Review, prepare, and release status certificates in compliance with legislative requirements
  • Coordinate day-to-day building operations, including inspections, contractor performance, and site staff supervision
  • Negotiate, implement, and oversee service contracts and maintenance programs
  • Enforce the condominium’s declaration, by-laws, rules, and relevant policies
  • Implement and maintain the building’s emergency response procedures
  • Monitor building systems and common elements to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational integrity
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and company standards

Qualifications

  • General License under the CMRAO (required)
  • Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential condominium management
  • Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act and Condominium Management Services Act
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Condo Manager software is an asset

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 85,000 CAD per year (Toronto, ON)
