About the role
Reporting to the Condominium Manager, the Assistant Condominium Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the condominium. This position involves direct support with resident relations, contractor coordination, building maintenance oversight, and administrative and financial tasks, all while upholding the corporation’s governing documents and service standards.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the long-term success of the condominium community. By supporting effective communication, maintaining building standards, and ensuring timely follow-through on operational matters, the Assistant Condominium Manager helps the board carry out its responsibilities and advance key priorities such as asset preservation, community engagement, and regulatory compliance.

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 60,000 CAD per year (Richmond Hill)
