About the role

This role will focus on Digital Asset Management and/or Product Information Management services as an integral function in day-to-day martech operations. You will manage, enrich and quality assure assets across brands, develop and host user training sessions, share industry best practices, and add value at every level of client engagement. You may also assist with Digital Rights Management (DRM), manage user queries, create reports, and develop engaging relationships with key account individuals to promote system adoption across markets.

  • Understand Campaign Needs – Develop expertise in client campaigns and production requirements.
  • Drive Client Success – Ensure all deliverables meet and exceed client expectations at every stage.
  • Execute ICP Strategies – Implement recommended strategies and best practices for clients.
  • Lead Metadata Management – Oversee metadata review, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and asset uploads.
  • Ensure Metadata Accuracy – Identify and correct metadata errors.
  • Lead Team Meetings – Manage meetings, address inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Oversee Account Processes – Ensure smooth execution of established processes across the team.
  • Cultivate Operational Excellence – Foster a culture of expertise, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Client Engagement and Support – Serve as the main point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maximize Platform Adoption – Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms.
  • Conduct Training – Host single or group training sessions for stakeholders and users upon client request.
  • Gather Insights and Take Action – Collaborate with clients to collect insights and define follow-up actions.
  • Generate Reports – Provide reports to program teams and stakeholders, supporting gap analysis.
  • Accurate Reporting – Complete regular and ad hoc reports within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations – Maintain seamless business-as-usual (BAU) operations for the team.
What You'll Have:
  • College degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in media, digital asset management, library sciences, or archives.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital platforms such as DAM, libraries, CMS, PIM, or CRM is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail – Precise, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Communication Excellence – Clear verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and discussions.
  • Technical Proficiency – Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially with large data sets in Excel.
  • Media Knowledge – Well-versed in media channels and file formats, with adaptability across platforms.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability – Efficiently manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability – Follow structured processes while adjusting to changing needs.
  • Support & Problem Resolution – Deliver high-quality support with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
  • Team Leadership – Lead with confidence and provide subject matter expertise in relevant fields.
