About the role

This role will focus on Digital Asset Management services as an integral function in day-to-day asset management operations. You will manage, enrich and quality assure assets across brands/products, host user training sessions, and share industry best practices. You'll provide user training, share best practices, handle queries, and assist in report creation. 

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering effective Digital Asset Management services.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage and ensure the quality of assets for global distribution platforms.
  • Deliver user training, promote best practices, and provide support across all DAM platform user groups.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business challenges, industry trends, and competitors to drive effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas, improve existing programs, and solve complex issues.
  • Build strong rapport and trust across all levels within ICP.
  • Respond to user inquiries, raise technical support tickets, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Audit files and metadata for accuracy and organization, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Follow established procedures to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
  • Generate reports on platform usage metrics and KPIs, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
What You'll Have:
1-2 years of industry experience in media, digital asset management, library sciences, archives, or similar technology systems (e.g., digital libraries, CMS, PIM, CRM) preferred but not required.
  • A strong sense of authenticity, being honest, sincere, and present in all situations.
