About the role


The eCommerce Steward role will focus on Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management services as an integral function in day-to-day martech operations. You will share industry best practices, provide tailored support and add value at every level of client engagement. You will also manage user queries, create reports, and develop engaging relationships with key account individuals to promote system adoption across markets.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Manage eCom relationships (onboarding, retention, development) while leveraging our team expertise to provide tailored solutions .
  • Present tailored, engaging material to articulate the value of the DAM platform within the UL ecosystem.
  • Generate reports and insights on eCom market activities, identifying trends and recommended actions 
  • Perform audits regularly, identifying where the gaps are for an optimised DAM utilisation
  • Understand the product lifecycle, and promote effective asset reuse to save time and money
  • Collaborate effectively with the whole Content Health team to bring about strategic initiatives 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the DAM platform, service areas, and its ecosystem connections 
  • Stay up-to-date on new features, and be able to articulate these to the relevant audiences
  • Help resolve system issues in collaboration with our Operations team 
  • Seek new opportunities for growth and development in key areas (i.e. propose new commercial leads and integrations with our DAM).

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and technical understanding 
  • Strong understanding of media channels and file formats used by the client

      “BIG PICTURE” RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    • Ensure ICP operates on a solid foundation by building strong client relationships and supporting their objectives 
    • Build a good understanding of clients’ business issues, industry, competitors, and brands 
    • Build rapport and trust with others at all levels within ICP 
    • Operate on industry best practice and deliver value and excellence at every stage 
    • Maintain a solid understanding of martech, digital advertising, DAM, PIM, etc 
    • Work with team members to generate new ideas and evolve and enhance existing programs 
    • Work with team members to problem solve and consult with account leadership as required 
    • Develop a solid understanding of client campaign and production needs 
    • Drive development of work at all stages to ensure that it meets and exceeds client expectations

What You'll Have:
  • 2-4 years industry experience in media, digital asset management, librarian sciences or archives preferred but not required 
  • Understanding of product lifecycle 
  • Experience in eCommerce business processes and/or platforms
