Reckitt, known for brands like Dettol, Nurofen, and Finish, is evolving its media approach through the Applied Media Science team. We’re looking for a Digital Media Onboarding Manager to lead this change—connecting global strategy with local market execution.


What You’ll Do:

  • Onboarding & Integration: Lead the seamless transition of markets into Reckitt’s in-house media ecosystem.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Align global, regional, and local teams to ensure adoption and success.
  • Team & Process Design: Develop market-specific media teams and workflows.
  • Media Oversight: Ensure efficiency, compliance, and ROI in media performance.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver training to empower teams and build long-term capability.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor onboarding effectiveness and adjust strategies.
  • Project Management: Oversee onboarding across multiple markets, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.

Who You Are:
You’re a digital media expert with a talent for connecting strategy to execution. You bring:

  • Experience in digital media planning and buying, especially within global, multi-market organizations.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital media platforms and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments and lead with adaptability.
