About the role
 
 ICP’s Global Content Studios produce high-quality, omnichannel creative assets for international brands, ensuring consistency, brand integrity, and excellence across multiple platforms. We are seeking an experienced Creative Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our Content Studio team. This role will focus on the final quality check of assets spanning various media, including print, digital banners, and video, to ensure all files meet ICP’s quality standards and client guidelines. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Quality Control of Multichannel Assets: Conduct thorough QC checks on all materials produced by our studios, including print, digital banners, video, and other media formats. 
  • Compliance with Guidelines: Ensure that supplied master files and adapted assets adhere to client and ICP brand guidelines and are fit for purpose. 
  • Asset Adaptation Checks: Review artwork adaptations to confirm compliance with size, format, colour profiles, and specifications for different media channels. 
  • Translation and Localization Review: Verify that translated and localized artwork adheres to local market language guidelines and aligns with cultural nuances. 
  • Collaborative Quality Assurance: Liaise closely with Studio & Project Managers to maintain consistency, quality, and timely delivery of materials across all projects. 
  • Final Review and Sign-Off: Proofread and mark up files on screen, ensuring they meet all technical and creative standards prior to final sign-off. 

 

 

What you will have: 

  • You will need to have a good level of English, both spoken and written.  
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quality Control role, preferably within an omnichannel or creative production environment. 
  • Strong background in Pre-press and Print Production, with additional experience in digital and video QC. 
  • Proficiency with macOS systems and advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat and annotation tools. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to spot and address inconsistencies across various media. 
  • Strong organization and proactive communication skills, both verbal and written; providing clear, constructive feedback to creative team. 
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and print production processes, including colour management, format adaptation, and media specifications. 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet project timelines, including a willingness to work within a hybrid model (combining onsite and remote work). 
  • You will need to have Design thinking abilities to ensure the best application of brand guidelines and execution of design concepts.
